Dash K started his DJ career in 1995, promoting up his own night in his local area. After gaining recognition from local promoters he was soon asked to join their events. His first residency came in 1997 at a local club, which stretched for 4 years, gaining strength in his mixing and building Dash K into a very sought after talent. Winning the Enzo's DJ Competition enabled him to establish a following across the South and he was offered a residency at Freedom Of Sound. His music style is a blend of energetic trance and hard house, but he is versatile and can also play funky and electro house. Dash K has played many big events and venues around the country, Liquid, Fire, Enzo's and has worked the white Island of Ibiza, DJing and promoting for some of the biggest club nights on the island, including Nukleuz (Eden), Slinky, Xtravaganza (Privilege) and many more, along the way playing with some of the industries heavyweight DJs, including Andy Farley, BK, Ed Real, Nick Sentience, Anne Savage, Lisa Pin Up, Rachel Auburn, Dave Randall and Ian M. He has also recently broke on to the hard dance scene in London, where he hopes to continue pleasing the crowds. Opening his eyes to career opportunities, he set his sights high and commits himself 100%. With a wide knowledge in mixing and FX, he's always a pleasure to watch. 2003 was the year he became co-founder of the phenomenal Out of Order UK, alongside friends Matty Phact and Si Stylus. This high octaine event has grown into one of the South's most prestigious parties. Dash K's future is set to continue on the road to success, as he experiments more with his versatilily as both a funky house DJ (alongside friend Colin Knox) and of course his beloved hard dance, a scene in which he is already well established. Alongside Colin Knox (under the name Out Of Order Boyz), they hold a weekly Sat residency at Breathe in High Wycombe where they play across the board, not to mention putting in studio time together. An Out Of Order UK Album Tour is currently in the pipeline as well. In summary, Dash K is a clued-up musical talent priding himself on success and will never fail to dissapoint with his technical skills and crowd pleasing sets. What a star and still ahead of his time.
