London born Si Stylus is one of the most exciting and freshest DJs on the UK music circuit, with several years experience he has played to crowds worldwide, combining his dedicated passion for music and his enthusiasm to entertain. Si is co-promoter and resident DJ for Out Of Order UK and has been for 4 years. This has enabled him to play his very own style and grow as a professional DJ with no boundaries. His current music style is right across the board, from funky and electro house to tech trance, hard dance and techno. During the summer of 2005, Si accepted an offer to become resident DJ at Kosmopol Style Bar and Castle Club in Ayia Napa. He spent 6 months there, often DJing up to 14 gigs per week. The trip proved very successful opening many doors back in the UK. UK gigs include guest slots at The Fridge and Turnmills, where he warmed up for Sister Bliss and also Paul van Dyk, which he says is his proudest DJing moment to date. On numerous occasions he has warmed up the crowd for Judge Jules and more recently played straight after Dave Pearce to 1500 people. He has also supported Yoji Biomehanika, Scot Project, Luke Dzierzek, Benny Benassi, Gavyn Mytchel, Lab 4, Wid & Ben and John Askew. Music production has always been apart of his life. Studying at the ACM (Academy of Contempory Music) led onto many projects including producing and promoting a vocalist by the name of Lara Rose, with 6 completed tracks to their credit and an album launched in October 2005 the future is bright for both parties. Si is familiar with music production packages such as Pro Tools, Reason, Cubase, Logic and Fruity Loops and has over 20 full productions to his credit. Gigs are now picking up pace for Si and are only set to get better. In November 2006 Si was asked to become resident DJ for a new event called Insomnia, which will see him playing alongside the likes of Lisa Lashes, Jon Doe and Little Miss Quick. Si was recently approached by Club Town TV and was offered a weekly TV DJing residency based in central London. Club Town TV streams live DJing TV footage of each of their residents. The footage is broadcast online 12 hrs a day and can be found at www.clubtown.tv so check it out. He is also starting a new weekly residency at Azuza.
